The Pediatric Practice Plan project is a transformational initiative that will support our advancement as an academic health organization. The current stage of the project will have multiple phases that focus on two primary goals: (1) to stabilize our funding model, and (2) increasing our ability to collect, interpret and apply key data regarding our core services.
