The highly successful Vancouver Summer Program (VSP) Medicine package is in full swing! Developed and led by Dr. Ran Goldman, VSP Program Director, the VSP prides itself for its mixed-methodology teaching style, allowing for multi-faceted growth in students.

In the ‘Introduction to Clinical Medicine in the Hospital Setting,’ VSP Medicine students see the active lives of physicians in several specialties as they diagnose and treat patients. There is also, the ‘Introduction to Scientific Research in the Hospital Setting,’ where participants get the opportunity to review the scientific basis for research in biology, pharmacology and disciplines of medicine and explore methods to learn advanced clinical (hospital and clinic based) study designs.
