Dear Colleagues,
I am awed by this Department’s distinctive culture of caring and collaboration. I am so grateful to be part of this exceptional team of talented faculty, trainees and staff, working together to improve the care of children & youth and their families. As we work through this surge, I am humbled by the collective efforts we are making to support our patients and each other. And, as our new strategic plan starts to take shape, I am excited for what we will accomplish together to promote the best potential for children and youth in BC and beyond.
It has been a very busy season for everyone, with high patient acuity and high volumes. The members of this Department have come forward with care and compassion to support one another and elevate the care of our patients and their families. Thank you for your tremendous efforts.
