2013 CFRI Awards

Dr. Sandra Dunn and Dr. Chris Dunham, Childhood Cancer & Blood Research – Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program Brain Tumour Grant – Project: “Personalizing the treatment of pediatric medulloblastoma.” $200,000/2 years.

Dr. James Chinten Lim, Childhood Cancer & Blood Research – Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program Brain Tumour Grant, start-up funding – Project: “Regulation of brain tumor chemo-and radioresistance by integrin-mediated cell adhesion.”  $15,000/1 year.

Dr. Christopher Maxwell, Childhood Cancer & Blood Research – Michael Cuccione Childhood Cancer Research Program Brain Tumour Grant – Project: “RHAMM is needed to balance the growth and differentiation of neuroepithelial progenitor cells.” $50,000/1 year.
